By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The Cabinet is a subscription-based humidor (and general cabinet) monitoring platform. The service is provided “as is” with no warranty that readings are accurate, complete, or timely. The Cabinet is not a substitute for physical inspection of your collection.
You are responsible for any activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure; we use Google OAuth for authentication and do not store passwords.
The Aficionado plan is free. Maestro is $10 per month, taxes and VAT included, billed via our payment provider. Every new account receives 2 free months of Maestro regardless of payment details. You can cancel any time; your plan remains active through the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods.
Don’t abuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempting to break isolation between tenants, no reselling access without a Salón agreement, no illegal activity.
You retain ownership of your data. By using the AI Curator you consent to sending the relevant humidor context to our AI provider (Anthropic Claude) for the purpose of generating a response.
The Cabinet’s liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including damaged cigars. Insure your collection separately.
You can terminate your account at any time via account settings. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, data is deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Cabinet is operated. Jurisdiction details will be finalised prior to public launch.
